New Residents to District 113: If you are a new resident who is planning to enroll your student at Highland Park High School for the fall of 2014, please contact Eleanor Singleton at or (224)765-2006 to start the registration process.  After completing residency paperwork, students and families will attend a registration meeting with a school counselor.  We encourage new families to begin the process as early as possible before the start of the school year.​
