Overview
Highland Park High School is a public four-year high school located approximately 25 miles north of Chicago in Highland Park, Illinois. It is part of Township High School District 113, which also includes Deerfield High School.
The school serves over 1,600 students who are supported by a dedicated team of educators and staff. Highland Park High School is regularly recognized for student academic growth and achievement. While a rigorous curriculum and engaging instruction are central to this success, they are strengthened by the school’s emphasis on equity, student well-being and a positive school climate.
With a focus on the whole student, Highland Park High School offers a wide range of extracurricular opportunities that enrich the student experience. The school is a proud member of the Central Suburban League.
District 113 is accredited by the State of Illinois and the North Central Association and holds membership in NACAC, IACAC and the College Board. The district upholds the NACAC Statement of Principles of Google Practice.
