Purchasing Your Ticket

The Prom ticket window is open from March 30 to April 10, 2026. Each senior or parent/guardian of an HPHS senior is able to purchase tickets with a senior ID number and email address. 

Non-HP Prom Guest Form

The non-HP guest form window will open on March 9, 2026. Once completed, the HP senior will receive a guest code via student email to purchase their guest ticket.

Tickets are $75 for students enrolled in the free book program. This price will be listed when you log in to purchase a ticket using your HPHS student email address. A guest ticket will be at full price.

All students are required to use the school transportation provided to and from The Field Museum to attend Prom.

• Students will check in between 5 and 5:15 PM at the H-Entrance and then board their assigned bus.

• Buses will depart promptly at 5:20 PM.  

• Buses will load to return to HPHS at 10:30 PM with an approximate arrival time back to school by 11:15 PM.  

• Any small bags/jackets will be searched before boarding the buses. 

• Please plan on arriving at HPHS at 5 pm to allow more time for the AfterProm bag search, tagging, and storage on your assigned bus.

There are no seating/table reservations. All tables have 10 available seats. Tables are first come, first served upon arrival at the prom venue. There is enough seating for all who attend.

Prom is a formal event. This means that students will need to wear dresses and/or suits. Hats with any written messages and the use of face paint are prohibited. For more information, view the D113 Dress Code Policy. Shoes must be worn at all times during the event. Please plan your attire accordingly, or bring an additional pair of shoes to wear at the venue, as this is a requirement to which we will strictly adhere. Please leave all valuables at home. HPHS is not responsible for items left at tables during the evening.

Students attending Prom may bring a change of clothes for the AfterProm event and check in a bag before boarding the bus.

The Class Council of 2026 has chosen a special menu for the evening. A variety of buffet options are available for food allergies/requirements.

Get right off the bus and into the fun at HP AfterProm! Immediately following Prom, this FREE (location TBA) is open to Prom attendees (including approved guests) and ALL HP Seniors—you do not need to attend Prom to come to the after-party! From 11:30 pm - 2:30 am on Saturday, May 9th, enjoy casual late-night fun.
