REGISTRATION FOR THE UPCOMING SCHOOL YEAR 26-27 IS NOW OPEN.

Fall Sports Starting Date Information
All athletes must be registered and have a current physical uploaded in order to participate in sports and tryout. Physicals are valid for 13 months. (Only the page of the physical that clears the athlete to participate in interscholastic athletics needs to be uploaded.
Follow instructions below to create an account in Bound. If your child participated in Summer Camp you don't need to create another account. One account per family.

Create a Family Account From The Web or From the Bound App
Click Above and “Create Your Account Now.” If you’re new to Bound, create your family account. If your child participated in summer camp do not create a new account. One account per family.
Add a child and begin registration by clicking the Register button.

Once your family account is set up and you’re selecting sports: Use the search bar to find by sport name. At this time only Fall Sports are available.

Required Health Forms
Follow these instructions to upload your child's physical. Paper copies or emailed physicals are not accepted.
Be sure to upload your child's physical. Immunization records are not needed. We need a completed health form or the Pre-participation Physical Examination Form (see above), depending on which form the doctor utilized.
