In Township High School District 113, we believe in treating every student and member of our community with fairness and respect. Our commitment to this principle is unwavering. If you ever feel that you or your child has experienced discrimination or harassment, including violations of Title IX (a law prohibiting sex-based discrimination in education), we want to know about it. We have a fair and efficient process to address such concerns through a grievance procedure.

You can file a grievance with any District Complaint Manager, and you can request a Complaint Manager of the same sex or gender identity if that makes you more comfortable. The Complaint Manager may ask you to provide a written statement explaining the nature of the complaint, or they may request a meeting with you and your parent(s)/guardian(s) if you're a student. Rest assured that the Complaint Manager will assist you throughout the process.
